Jus Anggur, Sehatkan Otak dan Jantung

Buah anggur yang terkenal akan kandungan magnesiumnya yang tinggi ternyata punya manfaat besar bagi otak dan jantung. Tak hanya mampu mengatasi masalah pencernaan, anggur bila disajikan dalam bentuk jus juga diyakini mampu meningkatkan daya ingat dan menyehatkan jantung.

Tim peneliti dari Universitas Cincinnati, Ohio, Amerika Serikat dan The Universite Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg telah membuktikan hal itu. Jus anggur jika dikonsumsi secara rutin dalam jangka waktu tertentu terbukti mampu meningkatkan daya ingat dan mengurangi risiko terkena penyakit jantung.

Meningkatkan Daya Ingat
Para manula kini tidak perlu khawatir lagi dengan masalah daya ingat yang menurun disebabkan faktor usia. Dalam penelitian yang melibatkan 12 orang dengan masalah daya ingat itu, tim peneliti meminta para partisipan mengkonsumsi jus anggur ungu secara rutin dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan.

Hasilnya, para partisipan yang rata-rata berusia 75 hingga 80 tahun tersebut mengalami kenaikan daya ingat yang cukup signifikan. Diduga, antioksidan yang terkandung di dalam anggurlah yang berperan dalam meningkatkan daya ingat mereka.

Mengatasi Penyakit Jantung
Bagi para penderita penyakit jantung, ada baiknya memasukkan jus anggur sebagai menu makanan sehari-hari. Sebuah penelitian yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal Kardiovaskuler menyebutkan bahwa jus anggur mampu melindungi seseorang dari penyakit jantung.
Tim peneliti dari The Universite Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg membuktikan bahwa kandungan polyphenol yang tinggi dalam jus anggur dapat memerangi infeksi dan mencegah kanker.

Tim peneliti juga menyebutkan bahwa polyphenol mampu mengaktifkan sel pemproduksi nitrit oxide yang diyakini mampu melindungi tubuh dari masalah kardiovaskuler. Akan tetapi, sayangnya hanya anggur yang memiliki kadar polyphenol tinggi saja yang dapat memberikan efek menguntungkan semacam itu.

Penelitian tersebut juga mengungkapkan bahwa tak hanya jus anggur saja yang mampu mengatasi penyakit jantung. Akan tetapi, minuman red wine non alkohol juga memiliki kemampuan yang sama.

Sayangnya, saat ini informasi tentang kadar polyphenol dalam minuman anggur sulit didapatkan. Sehingga, tidak banyak yang mampu mengambil manfaat dari minuman anggur merah non alkohol ini.

Ternyata, selain dapat mengatasi penyakit jantung, anggur juga memiliki kandungan resveratrol yang dipercaya mampu mengurangi risiko darah menggumpal dan kanker. Konsentrasi resveratrol yang tinggi dipercaya mampu menekan perkembangan sel kanker dan tumor. Jika jus anggur rajin dikonsumsi maka kerusakan DNA yang ditimbulkan oleh awal pertunasan sel kanker dapat ditekan secara signifikan.

Hey guys! me again... i have completed my artwork today, Fiuuhh... so tired.

Today is RAINY again! my mother is training in Ciawi.  Well, hi... i'm bored today... today is rainy day, i can't go anywhere... Well... I NEED FUN STUFF! That's why... but, is rainy... this is my bad life: The neighbor's dog don't stop barking,  i dream about i was kidnapped by a kidnapper at night, my mother not allow me to go to vacation, my brother not play with me and my sister too, my father watching tv, and blaa.. blaa... My life was crazy... Bored... bored... bored... the boredom is never gone... T^T... oh... today is Maulid Prophet Muhammad SAW! is holiday today... that was a hard drilling yesterday... My brother is so naughty, a little bit... when i was photoing my doll, my brother disturb me, i'am mad at my brother's behavior. Gosh... tomorrow is Friday, i was school again... T^T but, it doesn't matter... School is fun, had a lot of friends too... but, i don't have any friends to play with... i was quiet at school, but at home, i always fussy, screaming, laughing, playing and blaa... blaa...
